The manufacturing technology of the Calorflex heating wires consists of the following stages:first, a resistance wire made of Ni/Cr or Cu/Ni alloy or like material is wrapped around a fiberglass core. The winding thus obtained is externally protected by an insulating material with high dielectric resistance. For this purpose, high quality silicone compounds are used in CSMA wires. Calorflex heating wires are produced in a form of continuous wire on a reel. Then, they are cut to size and finished according to the requirements and project specification regarding voltage (Volt), dissipated power (Watt), resistance ohmic value (Ohm) and length of the heating and non heating parts.
